  If I had a choice to give them no stars I would. We filed with Monty a couple days ago and the amount we got back didn't seem right. We look through our paperwork and he messed up 3 times. The next day we went back and the lady at the front desk that signs you in was EXTREMELY rude! And Susie is MOST DEFINITELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! When we asked her to fix what Monty had messed up she didn't want to go get him so he could see what he did and they fix it. Which is understandable because they were busy but when he did finally come he was rushing like he did the first time. Susie then continued to say my husband didn't work enough to have 2 kids. My husband works 45 hours a week so I can stay home with the kids. She kept saying very personal things... WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
